Dr. Bahador has been offering clinical and assessment services in the Los Angeles area for over two decades. Our office is located on Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood. There is metered parking on the nearest cross street, Glendon Avenue. There is also a paid lot behind the building (entrance on Glendon Avenue), but please be aware that we do not provide parking validation.

All assessments are conducted in the office. Parent meetings, consultation sessions, and therapy sessions can be done in the office or on Zoom.

Email can be used for the purpose of scheduling or changing appointments, and providing referrals (as needed). Email will not be used to discuss clinical information (i.e., diagnoses, scores, interventions).

FEES:

Hourly rate for consultations, parent sessions, psychotherapy, and assessments:

$350 per hour for all services. Payment is due before the start of each appointment.

Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. Our practice does not accept direct payment from insurance companies. After payment is made and upon request, you will be given a receipt (with procedure codes and diagnostic codes, as applicable) that you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement (based on your insurance plan and benefits). Please contact your insurance company directly to determine your eligibility for benefits for psycho-educational assessments and/or psychotherapy. Insurance companies do not reimburse for intellectual assessments (IQ testing). Dr. Bahador is not a preferred provider for any insurance companies; she is out of network.
